Which languages does CapMoney support?
The app supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. This website is available in Simplified Chinese and English.
Who makes CapMoney, and where can I download it?
This CapMoney is the sticker expense journal for iPhone developed by HangZhou ColdFlame Co., Ltd., App Store ID 6804964009. Other apps with similar names, including receipt-scanning apps called CapMoney, are not related to us. Use the App Store download buttons on this website and check the developer name on the listing.
What is CapMoney, and who is it for?
CapMoney is an expense tracker and monthly budget planner for iPhone. It is for people who want to record everyday purchases with photos or stickers and review spending by category. No account or bank connection is required.
Can I track expenses offline?
Yes. You can enter amounts, choose built-in stickers, and save entries to your local journal without a network connection. Optional online photo recognition, purchases, and restoring subscriptions require the internet.
How do I record my first expense?
After the welcome and budget setup, tap Record. Choose a sticker, take a photo, select an image, or just enter an amount. Check the category and amount before saving.
Do I have to enable online photo recognition?
No. When adding a photo for the first time, you can choose on-device processing only. Online results are suggestions: check the name, category, amount, and currency yourself. You can turn online recognition off in Settings.
How do I see my budget and overspending?
Tap the budget ring beside the CapMoney logo to see your budget, spending, and remaining or overspent amount. The red arc shows overspending. An excess equal to 100% of the budget fills the ring; larger excesses keep it full.
Can I record foreign-currency expenses?
Yes. Select the original currency and confirm the equivalent amount in your ledger currency. The ledger currency is fixed after your first saved entry. Changing the interface language never recalculates amounts.
What is included for free?
You can save 3 entries in total for free. Deleting an entry does not restore that allowance. CapMoney Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription that unlocks continued recording. Apple shows the price and conditions before purchase.
How do I restore, cancel, or request a refund?
Choose Restore Purchases in CapMoney Settings using the Apple Account used for purchase. To cancel renewal, open iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where are my entries stored? Can you restore them?
The ledger and sticker attachments are saved on your device first. When iCloud is available, the app syncs them to your own iCloud account by default, so a new iPhone signed in to the same account syncs them back. Check the status or turn it off in Settings > iCloud Sync. CapMoney has no account and does not keep ledgers on its own servers, so we cannot restore them for you. With sync off, be careful when deleting the app or device data.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email support@capmoney.app and describe the type of data you want to access, correct, or delete. For online recognition, an approximate date, time zone, and description can help; do not send the original private photo initially. We will verify and handle requests within the time limits required by applicable law.
