CapMoney is an ad-free expense tracker and budget app for iPhone that works without linking a bank account. There is no account to create, and everyday recording works offline. You record each purchase yourself, it becomes a sticker, and it's saved on your iPhone first.
No ads in the app
There are no launch ads, banners or sponsored cards in CapMoney. The app is funded by the CapMoney Pro subscription, not by advertising.
No bank account to link, no sign-up
Start recording right after you download it; there's nothing to sign up for. CapMoney never asks for bank or card logins and doesn't import transactions. Each entry takes a few seconds by hand, and those seconds are what make you notice where the money went.
Works without a connection
Entering amounts, choosing built-in stickers, cutting out photo stickers and saving all happen on your iPhone, even in airplane mode. Only optional online photo recognition, iCloud sync, purchases and restoring purchases need a network.
Where your data lives
Entries are saved on your iPhone first. Turn on iCloud sync and your journal syncs through your own iCloud account. Online photo recognition is optional and only uploads photos after you agree; you can turn it off in Settings at any time. See the privacy policy.
Is it free?
You can save 3 entries for free in total; deleting an entry does not restore the allowance. After that, CapMoney Pro (monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription) lets you keep recording. Prices are shown in the app.

Does it really work offline?
Everyday recording needs no connection. Online photo recognition, iCloud sync and purchases need a network, and you can leave the first two off.
Will my entries move to a new iPhone?
With iCloud sync on, a new iPhone signed in to the same iCloud account syncs your books. Without sync, entries move with your iPhone backup or device transfer, depending on your Apple settings.
Is CapMoney on Android?
Not at the moment. CapMoney is for iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later.
